We are seeking to recruit three experienced Warehouse Operatives to work in our busy warehouses in the UK. They will report directly to the Supervisor, Freight Management Division, of the Company. There are scopes for job satisfaction and career fulfilment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Loading and offloading delivery vehicles, by hand and with pump truck.
Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting goods for storage in the warehouse prior to delivery to
the Airports and other destinations.
Taking goods to the appropriate storage space – perhaps using loading and lifting gear for heavy goods, prior to collection by customers.
Keeping a careful record of the goods on the warehouse management system, so that it can be located quickly.
Operating a forklift truck to move and rearrange goods and ensure that goods
are stored and labelled correctly and safely.
Picking
orders using a hand-held scanner from the storage space and bringing them for packing, or to the loading bay for transportation.
As a packer, you may spend most of your time at a packing machine putting
products into containers, such as boxes, pallets and crates, using bubble wrap or polystyrene chips, and then sealing the
containers ready for delivery to Airports and other destinations. You will also ensure goods are packaged and labelled correctly.
Organising transfers and loading goods on to delivery vehicles.
Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse will also be part of the daily routine.
With heavy equipment in operation warehouses can be dangerous places, so
following workplace health and safety rules will be essential.
Salary: We offer generous remuneration package, subject to experience and qualifications (extra payment for overtime work).
